Item had an option for "Used/like new." Package arrived quickly, and was brand new in un-opened box! Allowed me to get the JBL Flip 6 for less than I would have paid for the JBL Flip 5. The speaker sounds fantastic and it's size makes it ideal to take anywhere and with it being waterproof with great battery makes it perfect for days on the boat on grilling out on the deck! Looks great, no scuffs, no scratches. I believe I got a refurbished one but no issues, box in great condition, all the panflets, books and cable in box. Can not complain, sound is great. Way better than what I thought tbh now I'm curious if the bigger versions.

Worth every penny. This speaker sounds so good for it's size, if not better. I love how portable it is. Easy to take anywhere. I will say it sounds better indoors than outside but there's not a huge difference. The JBL app does allow you to adjust it to your liking

I'm so glad I bought this. I use it daily I have other Bluetooth speakers but they can't home a candle light to this JBL. The sound quality is awesome it blows away my sound bar & its water proof. I got it for a great price,but if I had to replace it I'd definitely pay the full price. It connects easily to my Samsung phone you can take it just about anywhere. I've dropped if a couple if times but if didn't hurt it one bit, very durable. If has great range. It fits great in my shower

Good sound for a lower budget speaker. I use it when working in my workshop and the sound is excellent.

Bought it as a gift for my son. He said it works great. Great sound, battery lasts a decent amount of time. He loves it.
