SportspowerFairview Swing, Jump, and Slide Set (Amazon Exclusive)

It took about 4 hours to assemble with 3 adults. It isn't difficult - just some of the bolts took a little time to get aligned correctly. I'm not 100% thrilled with the padding on the trampoline as it was extremely difficult to install. Our granddaughter (who is 5) was absolutely thrilled and exclaimed it was the "best day ever!"Tips to installation - all the parts are labeled. It is easier if you unbox it and lay out all the parts in the order that you need them before starting. Otherwise, you keep digging through the box over and over.

First, I want to address the concerns I had before buying it based upon the reviews I read.- Delivery - my package was delivered in 4 days, and I have amazon prime. I did not have to wait for weeks/months as others have noted- Delivery damage - we had no damage to the package or the contents of the package. The slide was dirty, but easily cleaned off with a rag and water.- Slide instructions- LOL, these instructions are really messed up! But if you read through the whole slide instruction before trying to put it together and then figure out which bolts you need for which holes, you will be fine. I had all the required hardware needed to put this together. It looks like they have tried to correct these instructions over time, but have not cleaned up all of their part numbering and diagrams.- required hardware for the whole swing set - I had all the required hardware for the entire set, no missing pieces.-Time it takes to put together - My husband and I(AKA Grandma and Grandpa,) got this entire swing-set put together in 4 hours. We used our own socket set, vs the little tools they give you to use. I am an engineer, so we used my brains and Grandpa's muscles. I was always a couple of tasks ahead of Grandpa laying out the required nuts and bolts.Organization is the key to getting this done quickly. DO NOT TAKE the PLASTIC of the MAIN PARTS or you will not know how they are marked.Other than the slide, the instructions were very clear- Paint job - I did not see any issues on the paint job, I am not sure what others are talking about.Overall, this swing -set is just adorable, be ready for lots of hugs from your grand kids. For the price, you can't beat it! Our grand daughter is in love the with saucer and the trampoline. She kept running outside to tell us what a good job we were doing, while putting it up!

I purchased a Sportspower Mountain View Metal Swing, Slide and Trampoline Set with Slide. The product was delivered by truck in an undamaged box. I ordered it Around 6/7/24 UT did not begin assembly until 6/28/24. Manufacturing Quality control on the item I received was horrible. Every piece was packaged and labeled indicating it was not a sesold return item. I unpacked all items and organized them for assembly. No returning the item at this point. First issue was.one of the three leg and head rail conntctos was xrimped preventing the head rail from being inserted. No paint was damaged so that means it was damaged in manufacturing and was not culled. I remorked it, as it was not only crimped but put a slight bend in the head rail. The hard ware packs where labeled according to the steps of assembly which is an excellent idea if the correct hardware was in the correct packs or if all the hardware that was needed was there. I am almost 3/4 finished and have had to replace roughly a dozen missing bolts, washers and nuts. Pretty hard for the homeowner.to be blamed when the instructions say step 5 A and B and the relative hardware says Step 5 A and B. Very sad. I am fortunate to have a shop with tools and hardware, so I will get this done. But what about the folks that are not as fortunate. If Sportspower actually reads this, please fix you support website. Also, please contact me through Amazon as I am requesting a partial refund. Greg Ellis

Shipping was pretty good what you would expect for a big product. It came in one big heavy box with A LOT of pieces.It took my husband about six hours to put together. You definitely need the directions because of all the pieces but the directions are not that clear. It pretty much just gives the part you need with a small diagram that is not the best. Very long tedious process to match up everything and put the whole puzzle together. A lot of the parts did not match up because of the way it was manufactured. So my husband had to alter the parts by drilling into make the holes bigger so the screws would go all the way through. The bolts to connect the slide to the swingset are way too long so the slide is not very secure.After we got the majority of it up I decide to put the glider swing together and realize we had missing bolts. I contacted customer service who responded with a couple different options. I did not want to take the swingset down and ship it back... so I chose the option to find replacement parts at one of our local hardware stores and be refunded a percentage of our purchase price to make up for this issue. I was not sure if I was going to be able to find replacement bolts because I didn't even know what they were supposed to look like. I was able to come up with a different idea and buy a whole new set of bolts and nuts. It surprisingly worked! So all in all I was able to put everything together and it is up! ( we did purchase the baby swing separately since our boy is not big enough for the regular swing yet)It has been up for three days and my kids love it. I hope it will do it's job entertain my kids for many years. It was definitely a lot of work and very big process ( especially with the missing pieces ) but I am happy with the results.

very good swing set until a tree fell on it. now have to save up for another one.
