I like the look of this unit, it is beautiful in color. I like the simplicity of on or off remote control, because I don’t need different temperatures. I use this fireplace in my dining room kitchen open area to save on oil bill,so it is perfect for me in the situation.Assembly was acceptable. I did have difficulty with some screw holes not being pre-drilled, my knuckles were sore and red by the end because some areas were hard to get to.For me, this was, overall, a great purchase. I would buy this product again.

I love the way it looks. It warms but my bedroom is 340sq ft. It takes a good while to get it warm. The blower doesn't seem to blow as well as I would have thought. I'm not sure if the coils should also light up (glow red) when working. Mine dont. I just make sure I'm sitting close by until it heats my area up.

Il start with the posatives. Its super cute an a bit bigger then expexted. The fire can be on even without heat an its very relaxing an i love the vibes 💜 it will be even better around Christmas time. After it was all out together I was glad I had it :) but...The negatives.The wood is pretty cheap. One corner chipped off during putting it together but its only the sides that seem to be like that. The top an bottom seem to hold it together nicely. I also want to say im not the greatest at putting things together but as a single mom I'm trying to learn an get better at it. But still at first the directions were really simple but it got harder with the cheap wood. Ido feel its bit over priced even though its one of the cheaper ones out there at this size i still think this should be maybe 60 to 80 bucks. Expeshaly with it being summer time an not winter time anymore. It seems to give out a pretty good amount of heat but iv only used the heat a little bit since its summer time right now.So over all i dont regret but im not as excited as I was giving the price I expected for wood not to chip off but I'm not really picky. I try am find best bamg for the buck. Ok never understand why these are so expensive. Iv seen these in drugs stores for under 100 dollars around christmas time.

It's very beautiful and super easy to assemble. The frame doesn't get hot like some other models and it warms a room up very quickly. Definitely worth the money and it shipped to me much faster than predicted. Recommend highly!

Nice little unit. My only complaint (and it’s kind of a big one) is that the manufacturer help line is useless. I received my unit minus the screws to secure the firebox to the wood frame. I contacted the manufacturer, a couple times, who eventually told me they did not have the missing parts to send but would give me a percentage refund if I bought the parts myself. The description of the screws in the instruction manual was incredibly vague. The description didn’t even include the size of screw. I internet searched every combination I could think of, checked with Lowe’s for help, then contacted the manufacturer again. They had no idea what kind of screw I needed and were completely useless. They offered no help and no other recompense. Grateful I don’t have small children or pets that could be injured by the unsecured unit.

I ordered this for a friend of mine who is always cold. We received the package very quickly but the base and another piece had been badly damaged in shipping. I contacted customer service, sent one picture to document the damage to the base (I hadn't discovered the other damage at this point), and Cassandra in customer service immediately authorized not just the damaged piece but a whole new unit at ZERO cost. It also was shipped and arrived very quickly. Some of the best customer service I've ever received! No arguments, no stalling, just an immediate response to resolve the issue. Within one week of contacting customer service, we had a functioning heater put together. Now that it's set up, it looks really nice and works very well, and my friend is no longer freezing all the time :) Thank you so much Cassandra, for a first class experience! I will definitely recommend Belleze to anyone else looking for a quality heater.
