Yes, there is a clicking noise when the heater comes on/off based on the thermostat.

Q: I have just bought the radiator. What does the manual mean by Occasional use? We intend to use it everyday during the winter in our utility.

I think they just mean not to have it on non stop as a replacement for central heating so should be fine to use it everyday with breaks in between e.g. Overnight. I too use it like this in a conservatory and it's been great up to now. Hope this could help 👍

Q: Can I use in bathroom ?

I Doubt it. It’s unlikely that there will be a socket in a bathroom but if there is I wouldn’t put one in there.

You never top up the oil, but I don’t know the exact amount of electricity it uses but it is not excessive
