After being told I had low iron levels by a doctor I decided to give these a try. These tablets are quite big but as easy to swallow and they dont taste the best but not unbearable.They didn't agree with me on an empty stomach but when I took the next one with food I was totally fine. Felt much less fatigued and generally more energetic within a few days 😊Good quality packaging and easy to store as well as being better value for money than a lot of other options.

This a good product. I’ve been taking this for over a month now and it had been effective. I feel less tired and it is gentle on the stomach unlike others I have taken before. The pills are small with no strong smell and easy to swallow.

I've always had trouble with my iron being low, and taken iron tablets from the pharmacy in the past. According to online sources you need vitamin C for iron to absorb into your blood stream effectively, which is what this product has.I've been taking them now for about 2 weeks and I can already feel a difference, I'm a lot less tired and feeling more energetic. There are so many vitamin tablets in the pack too so they will last a while.Overall I'm very happy with these vitamins will continue to take them to keep on top of my daily iron intake!

I don't know whether these work unless I have a blood test. However, I can say that after taking one I don't go to the toilet for days. A good cure for diarrhoea, maybe?!
