However, my experience with this product has left me quite dissatisfied.Initially, the self-locking screw-free design seemed promising, providing convenience and ease of use. The inclusion of two speed rope cables added to the appeal, promising versatility for different workout intensities. However, my excitement was short-lived.Within just three months of use, the self-locking mechanism on the rope started to exhibit issues. The cable grip, which is crucial for effective skipping, stopped performing as it should. The rope would no longer grip the cable securely, leading to constant interruptions and frustration during my workouts.This loss of grip significantly affected the overall performance of the jump rope. Not only did it disrupt the flow of my exercises, but it also made skipping less effective and less enjoyable. The jump rope's lifespan was disappointingly short, especially considering the price point and my initial expectations.The promise of durability and convenience fell flat, and I found myself having to replace this jump rope much sooner than I had anticipated. The lack of long-term performance and the inconvenience caused by the faulty cable grip have left me regretting this purchase.In conclusion, the Body Bolt Speed Skipping Rope's self-locking screw-free design did not stand up to its promises. The jump rope's durability and performance left much to be desired, and the cable grip issue led to its premature demise within just a few months. I would caution others to carefully consider the longevity of this product before investing in it for their fitness routines.

Straight away as soon as you open the box you can tell this is good quality, the protective carry case is sleek and smooth which is exactly the same as the rope. Enough weight in the handles to make holding them easy but not too much it makes it a chore. The plastic coated wire rope itself is excellent with great rotation and doesn't easily tangle making storage simple. Fantastic product would recommend to anyone looking to step up their skipping game.

Comes very well presented in a case with spares. I love the quick adjustment feature. The ropes are fast and light. Sadly tho the handles are long and heavy with no proper grip, the bearings seem to have a lot of play in them so when you skip this part wobbles which causes a ripple then the rope goes wonky and you trip. It may just be a fault with mine but its really annoying as you cant get into a good rhythm! I will be returning mine.
