Good book on family trauma and perception. Amd DNA problem.

This one is a real page turner. There is so much food for thought. It helped me to resonate better with my childhood trauma and recognizing its source. I would recommend this book for anyone who has either begun or wants to begin their journey towards discovering themselves.

An eye opener about how our connections are so deep routed that our thoughts and feelings are governed by how we have handled these connections.This book gives the needed techniques to unbind ourselves from the web and get out of the traumas we have carried for so long.

For the amount they charge for the book, the paper quality is really bad. The copy I got was like 2nd hand, roadside stall quality. I ordered from Bangalore, India.

We all are a little broken inside. Books provides a great perspective towards the unrecognisable trauma and how to induce healing.

An excellent work on how to Heal our traumas the most effective way ,by not just exploring our past but also the past of your parents and ancestors , finally a way out forever!
