The product came with good packing and the assembly was very easy.The quality of the wood is good and has great finishing. Even the cushion is good.Worth for the price.

Good product sturdy... cushion quality needs improvement

Writing the review after one year of usage. The quality of the product is good. But the build design is poor. It is mentioned that the connection is simple. Though the set of chairs are identical, we faced lot of problem connecting the pieces as each set of legs will not suite one another correctly. One cannot simply connect two pieces. A simple numbering using marker would have been much helpful. If a spanner was sent with the product, it would have been handy while fitting the pieces of the product. The spanner size required is 15. Wooden support in the main sofa keeps often falling. Overall average product when it comes to design build.

Home use

Design: Actual product is as shown in the images, so satisfied with the design.Wood: Quality seems to be good.Polish: Intact polish. No scratches or stains.Fittig: They provide all the fitting material and it's easy to fit at home. All the screws fitted perfectly without any unstirdines.Cushion material: Sponge with Covers. Covers are with chain at back side to remove sponge.Not sure if they are up to the mark, but not bad.Packaging: I ordered 3 Seater + 1 Seater + 1 Seater, respectively I received total 3 packages.All the packages were well packed with good quality very thik material along with proper inner bracketing for sturdiness.It's a heavy packet and cannot be lifted by 1 person, at least need 2 persons.Delivery: I recieved delivery during Covid lockdown, so they could not deliver inside my house. But delivered at society premises.During normal day they deliver inside house.Delivered before the time.

The product was up to the mark and was of good quality. The cushions were of good condition soft to the touch but sturdy. The finishing was good. Will recommend!

I procured this chair online as I needed an ease chair in the second TV room. Found the product to be extremely good. Great job by the manufacturer to make this completely knocked down and ease to assemble mode. Even though the shipment came from Rajasthan, the packaging was awesome and no scratch or wear and tear. Kudos to Amazon and the packing agency is delivery 30 kg worth product in pristine shape.About the chair, it is extremely comfortable. The finish is good.Highly recommended. The service engineer came and assembled the product in less than 30 minutes. The only disadvantage was the small rubber component to ensure that the wood does not scratch the floor, which the service engineer got fixed.
