FOLLOW UP!!! 2/25/2026 7:25pm Central......As of today with the assistance of Kidirace customer service, Menachem helped me get the car running again. It was user error!! Lol!! Thanks for great customer service! It makes all the difference in the world!! BTW....it's a great toy police car! I recommend! Unfortunately this toy stopped working altogether. It will not charge. I have contacted the seller. We will see what happens!

We purchased this remote controlled police car for our son’s fourth birthday. He got the hang of it really quickly. The car moves really well and the sounds are fun - very loud but can be turned off :). Unfortunately, the car missed the driveway and went right down the storm drain on day 3 of having it. I reached out to Dime & Nickel as a long shot for a replacement, fully expecting to not get an answer or be told no. After all, it was of no fault of theirs that the car went right into the drain. To my surprise, they responded within a couple hours and asked for some information, and a replacement car was mailed out the next business day. When the new car came, there were some issues with connecting the remote to the car. We contacted the manufacturer on the instruction manual and got no response. I reached back out to Dime & Nickel to see if they had encountered this issue before and maybe had a reset code or something like that. After assessing the car and remote, they are sending another replacement and are even testing to make sure they work before shipping out. We have been blown away by the customer service and willingness to help. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you to Menachem and all of Dime & Nickel for caring. We will absolutely be purchasing again in the future.

Coolio, cool looking car, I just with they had more “realistic” designs or other designs, like maybe a crown vic? Or a Ford Explorer, but this is still cool, this is the best I could find at its price point. It’s the only one there is I guess lol. But it’s pretty cool for what it is.

Everything is great except the battery life power very low the battery dies so fast

Great seller, super responsive and helpful and the car is great fun. Works perfectly right out of the box, simple enough that the kids were able to figure out the controls with no problem, best of all the car battery is rechargeable. Really happy with this as a gift for the kids.

My son got this for his birthday, he loves police cars and this has become his favorite one to play with. It works great, the battery last for about 30 minutes. It doesn't take long at all to charge it. It has held up to him playing with it outside in the driveway. The sounds are loud but can be turned off., he enjoys it more with the lights and sounds going! Great product!

Oh man, this thing is a kids dream come true. Its fast, its loud, and its bright. My son is so happy. The controls are easy enough a 4 year old can manage it, with the lights and sirens buttons easy to figure out too. It charges by usb, so no batteries in the car itself, and the lights flash while its charging so thats fun for my son. As a parent, I hate it and want it to be quiet, but its not for me so oh well. I tried putting tape and cotton over the speaker to make it less loud, but the noise just escapes from the undercarriage and that doesn't help. But other than wanting to cover my ears if its in the room I'm in, its a great toy and the kids love it.

Good toy. Our granddaughter really enjoys it. After hitting walls many times and falling from steps still functions and does not show any damage. Charging is a little long – 3 hours but maybe a charger with higher current could make charging faster.

Absolute garbage! Don't waste your money. This is the second one now. The first one stopped working after being used a handful of times so it was returned and rebought. The second comes only to work just the one time for my son, the second time he went to use it it did the same as the first car and decided it was not moving frontward or backward. We have a very very disappointed little boy. You'd think for the price of this car it wouldn't be so cheaply made.
