I like that the yam was dry and nice. I didn't like a rasted part on the yam.i will support the yam me market occasionally.

When cooked, it becomes too soft and not tasty. It a slightly bitter aftertaste in the mouth.

The yams were good, but the packaging could have been better. I saw other reviews about how the yams had arrived and they were already going bad. So when mine arrived I was happy to see that they were still good. There was some slight damage due to poor packing. Some newspaper cushioning and a little extra tape would be helpful. Even the delivery driver noted this, since they waited while I opened and checked the contents.

I received small yams or I should yams pieces as everyone had been cut. All but one piece had significant brown rot.
