recently moved house, not many places suitable to skip for long periods of time; been boxing for 16 years, and skipping is a staple part of my routine, however, this matt makes skipping very, very difficult. Lots of trips and whips, the rope I am using I and breeze through 5x2 rounds with no trips and whips, but on this, it's unrelenting. Least it doubles up as a exercise mat.

I really like this mat. It’s a decent size and comes in a great carry bag.I use it on stone floor and it’s great to jump on.I’ve been jumping rope for just over a year now and had been using a yoga mat that used to move a fair bit. So please with this.I have Crossrope ropes and was looking to get one of their mats but they are just too expensive.I started out with beast ropes and was impressed with their quality so gambled that the mat would be good too (no reviews at time of purchase).I would recommend it.Oh just a warning it does smell a fair bit. First day it stunk the house out. But leaving it out in the garden for a day seemed to get rid of the smell.

Mat arrived on time.After opening, I remembered a previous review advising it smells.. it does.Left it outside overnight, under my bike covers. No more smell by the next day.Loving this mat. Exactly the size I wanted.It's been used outside, on either the concrete or on the grass, everyday since it arrived. No complaints.Seems to be wearing well.No major scuffs or rips.. Logo still looks good, not chipped/scratched off paint from the ropes. Definitely feels softer under foot, but not too soft.Would recommend and buy again.

The mat is decent. But the storage bag is ripped. I don't want to send back the entire item, Amazon don't seem to have an option for replacement defective parts. I would score higher if a replacement bag could be sent out.Update:I sent Amazon a message asking if sending a replacement bag was possible. It wasn't as they don't have spares. Instead they sent out a replacement of the item without the need to return the damaged one.

With it being the cheaper version of many other big skipping mats I thought I’d buy to save some money however the item has arrived I’ve opened it once and the zip has already broke leaving the carry bag almost useless, it has quite a strong smell and the mat feels cheapish and has a lot of deformities which is just down to it being rolled the way it is but I guess I got what I paid for. I’ve seen other top quality mats else where for a bit extra but could’ve potentially saved a lot of hassle.

Use this in my gym for everything from weight training, skipping to Pilates yoga and trampoline fitness absolutely love it! Fast delivery also.

Absolutely satisfied with the mat.I use it on laminate floor and it doesn't slip.

Brilliant mat lot bigger than expected makes a big difference when jump roping not so good on carpet as it moves well worth the money. Rolls up and can be stored in a corner love it. Great for floor exercise as well.
