Personalized Your Image, Photo Or Logo UV Printed Zippo Lighter Groomsmen, Engraving on The Back - Christmas, Halloween & Valentines Day Gift

This was a gift for my dad. I picked a photo that I took from my cell to add to the front of the lighter. Not the best quality photo but when I received the lighter the photo appeared to have been stretched out a bit in order for it to cover the entire front. I asked if the photo could be redone without stretching it to cover only half of the lighter instead and they agreed. They also did not charge me for the return. They also did a nice job on the engraving on the back. Thanks so much Shivam USA! I so appreciate you.

I am very disappointed with this product. It is not value what i paid, it only value 5 usd. It is very ugly and too bad quality.

There are two bubbles under the picture, two dents on the side of the lighter, and already a burn mark inside the lid. It might just be the finish, but its not shiny and nice. It looks like polished metal that spent a while riding around in somebody's pocket with their keys. The lid also doesn't line up perfectly. It's close enough for a plain lighter, but with the picture it makes the line through it more obvious.The package tracking updates did not work and I was stressed about getting it on time, but it showed up the second to last day of the estimated arrival window. If you want this for yourself and don't care if it's perfect then it is a decent value, but I recommend you choose one that cost's more than this.

The engraving I ordered was wrong. They added a mans name that did not belong. The zippo itself was all scratched up. The photo I asked for wasn’t very clear, kinda dull. Overall poor quality, and wrong engraving. I am still having a hard time contacting someone about this. This was a wasted $50, and a sentimental Christmas gift that was not able to be given.
