It works amazing I can put it on level 2 for an hour and a half in the morning and the pain goes away, I love the softness and the weight is very comfortable. I highly recommend this product if you suffer from shoulder and neck pain!!

If you have neck or shoulder problems, I highly recommend this. It's soft and wraps nicely around the area, unlike regular heating pads that tend to be stiff. The cover is also very soft material. It has 9 levels of heat, but I don't go past 4. It also has a timer with multiple settings and shuts off automatically. And, the "collar" that hugs your neck is perfect! Bonus: it's FSA/HSA elligible. Awesome product!

This is definitely worth the purchase: I'm so glad companies have created hot pads specifically designed for specific uses. It comfortably sits on your neck and shoulders and using it is easy peasy. My only complaint is I wish it got hotter, but I have to add I LIKE super hot. This probably stays in a safe range. Now my mom's 1960's blue-teeny-blanket type of heating pad could burn down forests it's so hot, but jeez is it satisfying!

Best money I ever spent here. The weight feels good on an achy upper back. The heat gets sufficiently warm to ease muscles without burning or making you feel overheated. The cover is soft, and it fits well with the snap. I don't feel like I'm being choked. There is an extender piece to make the neck hole wider if needed.

This is perfect fit around my shoulders, under or over my feet amd on my tummy ir my back. It's great. Only 1 complaint the attachment on shoulder part is awkward but workable. One of the best heating pads I've ever bought!!! I want to say I got it on sale cause I'm a blue light special kind of girl!!

I have a bad shoulder so I got this. It's great. Then my wife tried it and she loves it so much that I may need to buy another one! Comfortable and especially helpful for my old creaky pains on cold rainy days.

This works so well. I love that it is shaped perfectly to fit your shoulders and has a collar to get your neck and it snaps in front so it easily stays on. It has 10 heat settings so you have options and detailed control. It also has timed auto shut off so you don't have to worry.

I ordered this in March 2024. It does feel weighted like it says, and does have very customizable settings. The texture of the fabric is nice. At first, I liked it a lot. Unfortunately, a few months in it stopped working as well, and would stop heating a short time after it would turn on regardless of which temperature or timer setting it was on. It would temporarily heat back up to the temp you had set if you turned it off and on again. We tolerated this but it was unfortunate. In early December 2024, it started to smell like smoke or something burnt, so we immediately unplugged it and haven't used it since. It only lasted 9-10 months in total, and didn't work correctly for some of those months.A different electric hot pad I had purchased has lasted me much longer, but unfortunately isn't designed for the neck and shoulders like this one was.Overall, if you get this heating pad, I would keep an eye on how it is functioning and stop use if it seems like it might be working unsafely, and be aware that it might be a short term purchase.
