90-Day Supply Peak Life SOMNAPURE PM (3 bottles, 60 capsules each)

I love this product - has definitely improved my sleep. I ordered this and based on description and price, expected 3 bottles of 60, however I only received one bottle of 60 which in no way makes sense. Not sure what you are actually going to receive since the price, item description, answer to posted question, or what I actually received match. Working with Amazon to try to figure out this mess.

I ordered what I thought was 4mg of melatonin (60-day supply) 180 easy-to-swallow capsules of the Somnapure PM. When I received my order of 3 bottles of this product, I received 60 non-easy-to-swallow (large pills that are NOT coated and huge in size and very difficult to swallow, in the least! The inaccurate description on your website is unexcusable. I returned 12 more bottles of what I thought were the easy-to-swallow, only to find that they were erroneously described on your website, also. I returned all 12 unopened bottles to your vendor, who, I might add sent me a return label, where the zip code was incorrect. I had sent my package via FedX so I would have a tracking # and paid extra to have a signature upon delivery. FedxX called me to let me know the correct zip code and said that they had to ship my return to another FecX facility in order to complete delivery. They told me there would be an extra delay, but that they would waive any charges for this inconvenience. I have been reading some interesting news regarding Amazon's allowing outside USA vendors, who undercut your loyal vendors in price. Those vendors only do business on their own individual websites, as a result! Amazon, I am a very good customer, but I think you need to get your act in order. Perhaps you need to take a seminar from Fred Smith, who runs one of the most successful businesses worldwide. A very unacceptable experience for me!!
