Charged the sprayer fully as directed and the item never worked. Washer bottle leaked and nothing ever sprayed out. Tried to return or replace this sprayer but was told it can not be returned since the disinfectants used are considered flammable. A replacement order is not given as an option.

The media could not be loaded.  I use this for my home, vehicle and I used to disinfect my cleaning supplies after each use. I love how it works and I will purchase a few more for my family. Also a great addition for my Cleaning Business Naturally Spotless in Maryland and works like a charm. No complains.

I had purchased one over a year ago it is great! Still works ❤️ This time around it was bad since the beginning . It turns on however mist doesn’t come out, and it doesn’t stop you don’t even have to press it once batteries are in its on and doesn’t stop. I have to uninstall the batteries for it to stop. Disappointed

This has made disinfecting so much easier and quicker very thorough no sticky Film or residue! Excellent product Helping us to stay healthy and Covid free. Safely use around pets and children!!!

This product is not working anymore. It leaks where you thread the container
