I’ve tried several makeup removers over the years, but Garnier’s Micellar Cleansing Water is by far one of the best. It removes all traces of makeup—including waterproof mascara—without any harsh rubbing or stinging. I saw a friend of mine use this and she looked great, so I bought a travel size at 1st. I used it for 2 weeks and I absolutely loved this product so, I bought the bigger bottle and I honestly can not say anything bad about this product. My skin looks amazing, smooth and the difference is amazing.

I decided to try this brand as I work in the performing arts and have seen bottles of L’Oréal micellar water all around the dressing rooms. Having previously used micellar water by Chanel, I had fairly high expectations. This didn’t quite meet them. I find the formulation less effective than expected at removing the simplest eye makeup, and my eyes feel a bit irritated after use. The fragrance is mild - which I appreciate - and there’s good value for the money in terms of product size - but it doesn’t remove makeup as easily as my previous brand. Most importantly, I have to rub my eyes to remove eye makeup, rather than gently pat.

Removes face and eye makeup nicely without stripping the skin. I’ve wasted a lot of money buying expensive makeup removers when this does the job just as well. One bottle usually lasts me about 2-3 months and it’s less than $10 a bottle which is great.
