Melissa & Doug Horse Carrier Wooden Vehicle Play Set with 2 Flocked Horses and Pull-Down Ramp

My daughter loves horses so much and she was so excited to see this trailer and horsies Christmas morning. It's now mid-February and she still plays with this daily. It's definitely one of the first toys she reaches for. The quality is great - especially for the price and I love that she gets to use her imagination in lots of different ways with it.

This is a beautiful, well made toy. The wood is nice and smooth, you don't have to worry about any rough edges. I like to buy simple toys such as this for my grandkids; they enjoy playing with it and adding some extra horses. The size is good for preschoolers but I think they will continue to play with it beyond those years. This is a toy that will last a long time. It would also make a thoughtful gift. Definitely recommend.

Cute! Good quality, great price and my horse loving son’s favorite Christmas gift! It’s hard to find quality horse toys for a boy at all, let alone a good price and won’t break as soon as it’s out of the box.

This is such a cute horse carrier! My grandkids have loved playing with this. The horses are soft and cute, and the truck/trailer are very durable. Definitely recommend!

My 2 year old loves these toys.

Our daughter really enjoys this truck, and the horses even more. They are they same type horses as the Melissa and Doug Pasture Pals set, which we also purchased. The truck and trailer are about 12 inches long all together, and about 5 inches high. It rolls very well and the gate works fine. All the corners are very smooth, as is the rest of the toys' wooden surface. The trailer will hold about five or six toy horses if you have the extras. Since the toy mimics a real tractor trailer, in that it has a true pivot point, it will "jack-knife" if the child pushes it by the trailer rather than the cab of the truck. Although this should be expected, it will likely frustrate some children until they figure out the best way to push, like my girl did. Aside from its regular play, the toy is regularly "tossed" into a bin or tote, but it has held up well. One of the horses did mysteriously suffer a broken leg a while back, but Dr. "Daddy" fixed her up with a bandage and some TLC (a drop of Gorilla glue) and she was back frolicking in the pasture with her pals after a short (very short) recovery period. My grandson loves his horse truck and horses bought it as his pop drives a horse truck so it was a big hit.

Es para regalo de mi niña de 2 años quien le encantan los caballos y le encanta mucho jugar con los carritos de su primo, en especial un trailer qué puede cargar cosas y donde ella pone sus caballos. Entonces cuando lo vi no lo pensé 2 veces porque cumple con ambos requisitos se que le encantará lo compré en promoción para regalo de navidad. Muy bonito y buena calidad de ve el empeño en el tallado a mano de la madera. Todavía no se abre pero se ve viene completo sin golpes.
