When you pick up one of our handcrafted Real Pies, pasties or sausage rolls you will notice it feels heavy, that’s because it is ‘crammed to the crust’ with mouthwateringly tender meat in our own family recipe pastry. You can’t hurry a masterpiece so the meat in our products is slow-cooked to make it succulent and tasty. It’s all wrapped up with a light pastry. But don’t take our word for it try one today. Traditional Sausage Roll Bringing together the indulgent tastes of British pork shoulder and belly with the delicious flavour of Cumberland and sage seasoning, our Traditional Sausage Rolls are an absolute treat. All of our sausage rolls have been rolled and finished by hand with true attention to detail, so you are in for a treat when you try one. We think that they work great as a luxurious lunch option, and eating one will definitely make your day! We bake to order, therefore, your pies are freshly prepared the day before dispatch. Order before 10am on Monday for delivery at the end of the same week. Orders after 10am and before Thursday 10am will be delivered by the middle of the following week. Deliveries arrive in a protective insulated box. Your order will keep fresh in this box for up to 48 hours. If you can’t be at home to receive your order you can request your package be left in a safe place at your address. Cooking & Storage Details: Keep refrigerated, below 5°C. Remove outer packaging. Place in a preheated oven, Bake at 200°C/ Mark 6 for 15-20 mins or until piping hot. Suitable for home freezing, freeze within use-by date. Use within 12 months. Either thaw fully and heat as above or heat from frozen at 180°C ( Mark 6) for 40-50 minutes, or until piping hot. Do not re-freeze.
