Product Description ------------------- NEVIS BAKERY ESTABLISHED 1980 - Nevis Bakery is an award winning family own food production company within the Scottish Craft bakery industry. Established in 1980 by Archie and Hazel Paterson when the last bakery in Fort William closed. Archie, being a professional chef, saw the potential in opening up a new bakery and utilising his baking skills. 40 years on, the business has proven to be extremely successful, and has gone from strength to strength. Nevis Bakery is still very much a family business with son Paul in charge of production and daughter Hazel responsible for administration. The company currently have a retail unit in Fort William with its traditional wholesale market selling to small grocery stores, catering outlets, and now throughout the UK, Ireland, China, Canada and El Salvador C.
