EASE OF ASSEMBLY: 4/5 The shelf assembly is very easy to understand and just generally low effort, which is excellent. However, the part quality gave me some trouble. Otherwise this would be a 5/5.PART QUALITY: 2/5 The metal lace shelves are durable enough. But the siding is nowhere near as sturdy as I would like. Granted, I used my parts differently, so thats on me. HOWEVER, my biggest complaint is that the shelf and siding dimensions are NOT UNIFORM and are off by several milimiters (Reference photos with connectors). The instructions mention a click should occur when fitting parts into the connectors, that didn't happen for me more ofte than not, and most of my shelves/siding are not fully fitted in the connectors. Furthermore, as a result of the messed up dimensions, I ended up breaking one of my connectors and had to ask for more.CUSTOMER SERVICE: 5/5 Customer service was extremely polite and helpful. When I emailed them, they got back to me within 36 hours (I suspect their HQ is located in Japan, which explains the wait). They were courteous and helped me with my issue quickly and send the replacement parts I needed free of charge.FUNCTIONALITY: 5/5 This shelving serves my purposes pretty close to perfectly. Plus it looks freaking amazing in my room.ADDITIONAL NOTES: Ideally, I'd uave liked to hsve a full metal or wooden shelf, but being a broke college student, I have to find alternatives. This is pretty decent alternative. If you use siding pieces as I did for shelving, DO NOT put anything heavy on them. The shelf under the bed is holding clothing. I wouldn't put anything heavier thsn clothes on there. As for the metal lace shelves, those appear to be pretty sturdy. My monitor weighs avout 20lbs and it holds just fine. I'd be hesitant about putting the advertised 30ish pounds on there though given the lack dimensional symmetry between the parts.Would I buy again?Definitely.Should you buy?If you're looking for a cheaper solution to an organizational crisis involving more lightweight items, then yes.

I'm so glad to have found this storage system! The colors and design were perfect for the space, and I really liked that there were different set-up options because I didn't really know how I wanted it before we started putting it together. We decided on the stair-step design. It wasn't too hard for my husband to put together, as he's quite handy. I do think it would've been frustratingly difficult for me to put together by myself. It was a bit challenging that it wouldn't stay perfectly square when adding the next components, but we got it "good enough." I do wish the doors would all close easily - some of them do, but some of them don't without an extra shove. All in all though, I'm really glad to have so much additional storage space now in a system that looks unique and fits nicely with the overall look in our home. Oh, I almost forgot - our set was initially missing a few pieces, and a couple of the doors had some damage from shipping. I contacted the seller and sent pictures, and they made sure to rectify the matter for us.

I like the cubes! I really love the thank you note and envelope the company included. The envelope is so beautiful I am going to reuse it😂. The cubes were easy to assemble once you get started. They are not really sturdy, but they will work for me. I put light stuff at the top and the heavier stuff at the bottom. I think 🤔 $79 is to expensive. I think it should be $2 a cube. So, I have 15, it should have been $30. It is just not sturdy enough for $79. It is pretty, but I wish it was stronger. So, I took off a star for the high price and the lack of sturdiness.

We moved in to a new upstairs apartment and the old press wood dresser were heavy and starting fall apart. so we decided to try the storage cubes and we love it. very easy to assemble. great value for your money. to order the cubes was less that $100 and to ship it over to the bahamas was a little over $100. in the store we would have paid $120 just for 6 cubes. so this was a win win for us. and we plan on getting smaller cubes for the bathroom storage soon.

I really like this unit. Its sturdy and the cubbies are bigger then the standard units. I chose not to install all the doors and instead use some of the doors as support but visually it made the unit look better. I would recommend this product and purchase it again. It is kind of difficult to put together, it took me a few hours and my toddler learned a new word "bang bang bang" because of all the hammering LOL. But it's still worth it.

The product is fine. Provides plenty of additional storage space and works as it should, however I'm missing 1 black wall piece and they sent 1 extra door. So now I'm using a door as a ceiling on one of the cubes. I've contacted the company and am awaiting a reply. Will update after...

We used these as cubbies in our dance studio and they are perfect! For the price they are really sturdy.
