Q: A question to the customers who said that this works. how long did you notice results please? i placed the baited boxes outside on thursday. monday.

When I first used this material it took about two weeks for the rats to take the bait, I had to remove any bird seed or other food from a bird table. The rats then vanished and I found two dead. Later in the year a rat was nesting at the bottom of my shed, so again I put the bait down. That rat was found dead about four days later and although I keep the traps baited, there have been no rats around since.

Q: My current pack is a pink product - is this different? The name is identical.

The one I received was exactly as in the picture: black boxes with blue poison. I would try contacting the seller if you're insure if you received the correct product.

Q: How high are the bait boxes with the lid closed?

Q: How do you open the boxes? They have arrived but no instructions on how to open them...

I also use the key supplied with the box but only need to turn it about an eighth of a revolution and sort of pull up against the lid as I'm doing it. There is a knack... If there's no key in the box you might be able to do the same with some long nose (snipe nose) pliers
