please replace or refund!
Do not buy this product. I wish I could get a refund!! After a few uses, the stem came loose from the base...no way to fix it. Sadly, trash.

Not functional
A Standard roll of paper towels does not work if you want to screw the top metal piece on. So really there is no point in purchasing this product if your intent is to use it as a paper towel holder. I did not realize that their measurements included the base Therefore the centerpiece is not long enough. I do not recommend this product

After one use base detached from rod
Could not get refund because it was only a few days after a month of use that the base, which is sealed worked loose from towelrod and will not retighten. Therefore you cannot continue to use it. This needs to be reavalueated to perform better. Item very nice especially with the weighted base but not very durable.

Can't use if the top is on as it is not long enough and unscrews the cap when you pull the paper towel

pole came loose
Love the colour, but the pole is a little short for paper towel rolls so i couldn't put the top ring on. The pole itself came loose shortly after I got it and theres no way to tighten it.

I didn't realise just how annonying my old kitchen holder was, until I bought this one! Not only is it easy on the eye but the weighted base means it stays exactly where you put it! 10/10
