I have had this torch for a while now, and it has never failed me. Amazing quality, making it super durable (as I have dropped it multiple times). Perfect size and flame. Everyone always asks what kind of lighter I am using, and I rave about it! Performance has never slacked and is super consistent. Love that I can keep it on my pocket, so that it is there when I need it. Best value for your and must buy! You won't be disappointed.

I received the lighter and I followed the instructions on filling it and letting rest at room temp to bring the lighter fluid to room temp. I tried using it and it would not light, it started maybe 3 times out of like 40 or 50 attempts it was so bad that I used up all the fluid and maybe got it to light a handful of times. Never again will I purchase xikar products mostly after dealing with their customer service. I can’t get them on the phone at all and through email it’s ok but having to pay shipping for a brand new lighter that doesn’t work and having to wait 4-6 weeks to receive it back is ridiculous. They offered to give me credit but not till they receive the 90 dollar lighter back and and it’s to use at their store so pay shipping to have the new one delivered. They also offered 10 percent off. But they will not refund the money which I understand if I have had the lighter a while. If you purchase good luck.Update March 17, 2023:I still have not received correspondence to the lighter I sent back. They received it on Feb 9, 2023 and not a single email or acknowledgment of receipt. I have called and made contact with warranty department and they keep telling they will send one out but that has not happened. Last product I will ever purchase from Xikar

It has a nice feel in the hand and has good weight. It has a fuel level indicator. My favorite feature is the pocket clip. I don’t have to search my pockets to find it. The flame adjustment goes from low to blow torch.

Quality and dependability top the list for ZIKAR.

I'm a cigar smoker (well, occasionally). This triple torch is fantastic. Not only powerful, but well proportioned and handsome to look at. Easy to hold but not so large that it's an inconvenience to keep in a pocket. XIKAR is a wonderful brand. I've never had a bad experience with any of their products.
