This book has some awesome ideas for anyone that is looking for a safer, cleaner environment. I never thought of all the practical uses Hydrogen Peroxide had to offer. I think we all would like to support a green, safer environment for our family and pets, but most of us don't really know how. I learned a lot of useful ideas from this great book and they all are easy to implement and will probably save you a lot of money in the long run. It's great when you can clean your home, save money and know that you are supporting your environment at the same time.There is no doubt, anyone can truly benefit from this book. This book does a great job of revealing over 100 uses of Hydrogen Peroxide. The book is very well laid out and is very easy to understand and follow. I think you will love the book.

Great book. Lots of info, but some format errors for the recipes. Kind of hard to follow how much of what to add. That is why I did not give 5 stars

This book is a must have for anyone trying to keep a clean house that is also free of toxic chemicals. The author begins by explaining how hydrogen peroxide works, and also why it such a natural cleaner that is non-toxic. Then the author explains all of the different ways how you can use this in your household. I appreciated the detailed instructions for percentages of how much hydrogen peroxide to use for each mixture or cleaning product,as well as the wide variety of uses for hydrogen peroxide. You can literally replace all of the toxic cleaning products in your home with hydrogen peroxide! I also appreciated other creative uses for it in your garden, with your pets, and so many more. Very detailed resource on hydrogen peroxide for anyone who wants to learn, and keep a clean green home.

For those of us who want to avoid being "swindled and pimped" by American business (to use the words of Macklemore) this is a great find. I have had to use clean products for most of my home cleaning for years because my son and husband have asthma, but I didn't know that I could do so for a tiny portion of the price by just using Hydrogen Peroxide. I had to interrupt my reading to clean and immediately found that it cleaned my porcelin kitchen sink really well. Great, practical book!

Gave a lot of uses with instructions, explained the different degrees of strengths which was/is very helpful. Would recommend this book.

I got tired of using all these household cleaners containing chemicals to clean my home. I gave hydrogen proxide a try and was pleasantly surprised. I used it in the kitchen to clean appliances, grout in ceramic tile flooring and also to unclog a bathroom drain. It also works great to remove food stains from clothing. Hydrogen Peroxide has become a staple for so many uses in ourhome.The book is great and I would recommend it to everyone.

Love this book!!! Never even considered some of the uses for hydrogen peroxide it details. I love both the green aspect of using hydrogen peroxide but, better yet, the enormous amount of money that can be saved by not having to buy commercial products that do the same thing. A real win-win - "green" and economical. Good job!

I learned so much about the cleaning strength of this well known product. Using these suggestions will save time, money, and unwanted illnesses.

I bought this for information on cleaning with hydrogen peroxide, but I think the suggested health uses are irresponsible especially the one about putting it in a humidifier and breathing it in the mist.
