Great Keyboard, Quiet and Function Across Three Devices
EDIT 8/20/19: In response to a customer question, I scanned the manual and included photos of the complete manual, 5 pages. Note that the manual does have an omission. It does not explain the purpose of the fn + Q, W, or E keys as noted in my review below. You will note that these keys have a blue operating system designation. When switching from devices using different operating systems using the fn + Q, W, or E keys will set the top row function keys for the correct functionality of the operating system. So switching from devices with different operating systems is a two step process. First press and hold the fn key and press 1, 2. or 3 to choose the correct Bluetooth channel for the device. When you see a solid blue light indicating the keyboard has successfully connected to the device, then press and hold the fn key and press Q, W, or E to select the proper operating systems in the keyboard. When switching from devices using the same operating system, it is not necessary to use the fn + Q, W, or E keys. The third photo down on the Amazon sales page describes this action. It is not mentioned in the manual. End of edit.I just bought a new Chromebook laptop, and I know from experience that I despise laptop keyboards and trackpads. Despite my laptop actually having a nice keyboard, for a laptop, it only took a minute of bumbling and I decided to preserve my sanity and get a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard at the local Best Buy. The mouse was a grand success, but the keyboard, while functionally OK, had the feel of typing on Legos mounted on gelatin and the sound of a child dumping those Legos on a hardwood floor. There is a legend that Confucius named the Chinese tile game “mahjong” meaning the “clattering of the sparrows” reflective of the noise the tiles make when mixing them up. Had Confucious heard that keyboard, he may have described it as the clattering of the starlings, which is pretty derogatory to the starlings. When I had purchased the keyboard, I tried all the others they had on display and I found none that I was happy with. I wanted a full size keyboard with a number pad but I want a quiet one. If they were quiet they were something less than full sized or had weird shaped and spaced keys. If full sized they all seemed to clatter like the sparrows. So I searched Amazon for “quiet Bluetooth keyboard.” One of the results that popped up looked promising but I never heard of the brand, Jelly Comb. Several reviews stated that the keyboard had a nice feel and that it was very quiet. OK, the other thing that this keyboard could do is switch to three different devices. That is a big plus in that I want to clean out my old computer and it would be nice to be able to do so by pressing fn 1, 2, or 3 instead of physically flipping keyboards around. So I ordered it from Amazon with overnight shipping and got it before 1 PM the following day.I pulled it out of the box, and if I closed my eyes it felt and sounded like the keyboard on my iMac. For as much as I despise the iMac, I will have to admit that the keyboard was pretty nice except for the tendency to give you Yen symbols instead of Ys, Pi symbols instead of Ps, and a variety of other weird symbols. My Commodore Pet in 1980 was more reliable than my 2011 iMac--may it burn Hades forever. But the keyboard felt and sounded nice and so does this one by Jelly Comb and I have yet to see a Yen sign instead of a Y.It paired up with my new Lenovo Chromebook, my Kindle Fire 7” HDX, and my hated iMac with no difficulty and it flips between the three effortlessly. The keys are scissor switches. Although the key stroke is fairly shallow, it has a nice resistance and a satisfying albeit quiet snap. The keyboard is a joy to type on and it is quiet. The keys have a nice size and spacing, identical to my iMac keyboard so I had no new keyboard muscle memory learning curve.I did have a peculiar problem. I noticed sometimes the top row function keys operated correctly for my Chromebook, and other times they operated rather oddly. For example the increase brightness lowered the audio volume and the decrease brightness key increased the brightness. The instruction book has a chart for stating what each function key does for the various operating systems but stated nothing more. Then I noticed that the Q has a blue “Android,” the W a blue “Win,” and the E has a blue “IOS.” Hmmm! Perhaps holding the blue “fn” key down and pressing Q would select select Android, which is a cousin of Chrome. Voila! The function keys straightened right out. This is not stated in the instruction manual but it is demonstrated in the third photo down on the Amazon sales page for the keyboard. So when you switch devices, if they have different operating systems, the switching is a two step process. First hold down the blue “fn” key and then select the Bluetooth channel, 1, 2, or 3 with the 1, 2, or 3 key. This will connect you to the device. Wait for the keyboard to connect to the device, as indicated by a solid blue light in the channel indicator. Then as a second step hold down the blue ‘fn” key again and press either Q, W, or E key to select the proper operating system. Do note that some of the function keys do not operate on the different systems and others may do something odd.Things I like about this keyboard:--it is quiet.--full sized, number pad, nice size and spacing on the keys, nice tactile response.--it restores with functionality to my Chromebook some of the keys that the Chrome Operating System doesn’t use (at least on my laptop). Examples Caps Lock, Delete, Home, End. Page Up, Page Down.--it has a caps lock indicator light.--the “Prtscn” key performs a screen capture on my Chromebook.--it paired with no problem to my devices.--it switches generally within 1 to 3 seconds.--it has a small unobtrusive sliding on/off switch on the top right hand corner of the keyboard, which is almost impossible to bump accidentally, yet easy to use with color coding.--it has a fairly nice small manual (see criticism below).--it is light yet well constructed using aluminum.Features that some may like or hate, but on which I remain neutral:--fairly shallow key stroke. Actually I like that.--no batteries, it is USB rechargeable.--it comes with a USB charging cable but no USB charger (which to me is and advantage--I have a ton of USB chargers).--the manual fails to mention the operating system selection keys Q, W, and E. Yeah, that actually does bother me a little.--it is thin. Really thin. If you like thin, you will love this keyboard. It doesn’t bother me either way regarding this keyboard, but the current techy anxiety with thinness somewhat irritates me. I would gladly go a little thicker for additional battery life and maybe some more ports on certain devices.--it is Bluetooth only. All three channels can only handle Bluetooth...the clattering of the sparrows keyboard mentioned above had the ability to run all three Bluetooth or two channels of Bluetooth and one channel on RF and had a mini-dongle USB receiver included.--the keys are not backlit.Problems mentioned in other reviews:--excessive repetition of a letter “The quick brown foooooooooox.” I have had this happen about three times in the week that I have owned the keyboard. Each time it happened, I may have been pressing one of the CMD of ALT keys, I am not sure. It seemed more prevalent when I first had the keyboard.--delay when waking from sleep. It generally takes one to three seconds for the keyboard to wake. If you just start typing on the keyboard when it is sleeping, you may miss the first few letters. I press the shift and wait to see the blue channel indicator before I start typing.--delay when switching. Switching to my Chromebook usually takes about a second or two. But I have noticed that my iMac takes a bit longer, usually 3 seconds, but sometimes upward of 10 seconds. If I am going to blame something it will be the iMac. It can give me a color wheel for two minutes from a sleep just to put the password box up.Things I hate about this keyboard:Nothing! It is the best external or replacement keyboard I have ever bought. I love how quiet it is and the feel of the keys. Highly recommended.

Awesome Product For Mobile Employees
This is a great product for everyone who has to type a lot on different computers and devices as a part of their work.It was so annoying to deal with keyboard differences at home and in several offices I periodically work at. Now I have ONE keyboard with the RIGHT set up wherever I am.* 5/5: Absolutely trivial setup (at least with various Win 10 machines in my experience);* 5/5: Very good material and build quality;* 5/5: Light and thin => very portable;* 5/5: Good key layout, size, and press movement;* bonus protecting film which does work well and isn't annoying compared to alternatives;* ability to recharge from USB.LOVE IT!

Great exccept when II have to ccharge it.
==How this device types when it's charging==A quick disccclaimer. I'm typing thiss reviiew while my Jellycomb bluetoothh keeyboarrd is charging. Thhis is what alwayys seemms to hhappenn wheneever II havee to charge the ddevicee. IIt works fiine aand honesstly rrather perfecttly wheneveer I'm not trrying to charrge it. TThe fact that iit has multipple bluettooth profiles oon it is great!==End Charging typing session==I want to illustrate how this device acts when it's charging. It does this regardless of my device. Aside from what I consider a 2+ hour annoyance, It's great. I think I would probably consider this worth getting if you don't want to have multiple keyboards for multiple devices. I found needing to switch constantly annoying. That's the main reason why I got this. And you know? It works pretty great! The latency is perfect, I barely notice a difference between wired and wireless. I've used this for many games like Team Fortress 2 and find I have little issue.Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Even if you only have one device. I think if there's one thing I'd love to change about this, it would be the ability to actually physically plug it into the computer to use as a wired keyboard. Would work great when I want to charge it and don't want the messed up garble from above.Sorry, I'm not the best with reviews. I really like this. I have very very little issue with it. It's great! I just can't give it a 5/5 because of the issue above.

Keys reppppppeeeaaaatttt WAAAYYYYY tooooo mmmmmmuccccch!
Switched keyboards to write this, because the keyboard listed here keeps repeating characters, with even a gentle keystroke, to a ridiculously annoying extent. Solid build, good-size keys, easy bluetooth connectivity and switching to each of 3 devices. Very shallow but clicky keys, which I am neutral about. But the real problem is that "rrrepppetitiiiion" of characters from half the keystrokes, so I have to spend more time fixing the results than in the original typing, which in the end makes it impossible to use or enjoy. I replaced it with a cheaper multi-device Bluetooth model which is flimsy and cramped, but it at least does the job, which this one sadly does not.

Good Product but too High Value
Good keyboard, slim and narrow and light weight. But very highly priced as compared to other similar product. Good battery life, but I have only had it a few days. Best part is connectivity to multiple devices in a single click. Good Shipping. Made it look and feel like Apple keyboard but Jellycomb needs to improve a lot to reach Apple’s product quality. Thus, value for money is not par with apple keyboard.

Received the product with 4 keys displaced, cannot press fit them in place,
Received the product with 4 keys displaced, cannot press fit them in place, struggling to have it replaced, Amazon has been extremely cooperative, in principally accepting the return, for customer satisfaction,Bravo Amazon.

Works on multiple devices
I like the smooth key action and the fact the it is rechargeable. It came with a moulded silicon dust cover which I leave on and works just fine. It’s been about a month and no problems like another after market blue tooth key board which the keys started to stick after a few days use.An led light to indicate caps lock would be useful but otherwise very happy with this purchase.
