UmbraTwirla, 2.4 Gallon Trash Can with Swing-top Lid, Gray

It holds more than you think. I put it in my bathroom and it looks great. Love it.

I bought two of these for two of my bathrooms. The lid on the first one did NOT fit and kept falling inside the trash can. It was warped. The second one was fine and works as you would expect it to. Small liners work well.

How could a trash can be frustrating?The lid and the body don't fit perfectly together. So the slightest bump or movement of the can, causes the lid to pop off, and its a pain to get back on.Bottom line: It's pretty and it works, but I'll throw this one away as soon as I find a good one.

My only problem with this little trashcan is the lid has to be “carefully “placed on top of the trashcan or else it doesn’t sit right. Once it is sitting in place it is functional/throwing away garbage is easy. It’s also a great color and fits in very small places. Overall happy with it just a pain in the butt putting the lid back on after emptying it! Lol

Note the size-it's rather small. And while that's what I was looking for, it means that the style of lid used needs more space than the little can gives it. I ended up taking the lid off in under a weekend because of this-you just can't actually use the full capacity with the lid on it. Other than that? It hasn't broken or stubbed my toe in all my time having it in my bedroom so that's nice.

I purchased the "metallic white" can - it's not sparkly or metallic - it's sort of frosty (?") looking. It's not a bright white, but a bit brighter than a soft white. It's smaller, standing about 14 to 16" tall eyeballing it. The lid is weighted in the center of the lid, so it swings and closes as you use it. I line it with the clear, smaller plastic liners and they fit nicely. It's not the highest quality bin I've ever purchased, but not the worst. I like it. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

it's good enough for what it is, the lid likes to fall off too often

My kitten kept knocking over my other trash can so I needed to get one with a lid. This one is sturdy and the lid works better than I imagined. It has a thing on the inside so it swings easily.

hoy recibi los cestos para basura yo pague 3 y solo llegaron 2 por cierto de muy mala calidad las tapas no enbonan bien y el dia de ayer vi estos mismos cestos en walmart a un precio de 129 pesos ustedes me los vendieron a mas de 300 esto es un robo yo confie en ustedes esperando una buena calidad y no fue asi decepcionado

Waste of money. Dollarama quality. Lid does not fit or stay on. Disappointing

Fits perfectly, as described

I should have listened to the other reviewers, this is a nice garbage can but it's a flawed design, the lid does NOT stay on, there's the tinniest of lips which is supposed to keep it in place but it doesn't and the garbage can is flimsy which makes it annoying to put the lid on too. It'll work for my laundry room as I won't change the garbage often there, but there's better cans out there.

The lid does not fit nor does it stay on so I had to trash the lid. Waste of money for a flawed product. The product description leaves one with the notion that it is a metallic trash can....but if you read on it says 'metallic white'. Reading a few of the reviews, its apparent I'm not the only one with this problem so I would not recommend this product.
