This Bar is the only Bar of it's kind that comes with a 100 LBS. weight Limit! (Most others come with only 70 LBS. Limit) This freestanding unit covers 52" x48" of space and easily matted with a standard 4'x8' folding tumbling mat (NOT INCLUDED) The wood rail is a similar size as a competitive bar, measureing 1 1/2" in diameter. Spin lock makes easy adjustments from 35" - 58" in height. An additional steel cross support (between the uprights, under the mat) gives this bar even greater stability than most other bars.
