Nice product but that management don't our customer question... recently one earphone tDoesn't work properly I have warrenty card to replacement but they are not responding to my message..so dear customers if want buy this earphone .. please don't buy because warranty is not available in this KRATOS CUBE .

Very very poor battery backup
When earbuds charged to full, they cannot play longer than 2-3 hrs. They claim 7 hrs. And u cannot get refund of this product only option is replacement. So don't buy this one. Buy something which lasts for 7-8 hrs of playtime. I wasted money on this pathetic product. Writing review so that u would not waste. I bought it because it had 5 out of 5 review rating. But didn't take cognizance of fact that reviewers are also very less, hardly 130 - 140. Now this products actual quality is revealed after I bought it. There is no option of refund.

Good TWS Earbuds with ENC
I had Bought this TWS from kratos om amazon on 22 Dec 2024,but the product was defective for the first time I bought as the Two buds weren't pairing up and The right bud was getting heated like a heating element.So went with the amazon Replacement,Thanks to their Hasssle free service ,they instantly replaced it within 2 days and delivered me an good working package of earbud on 25 Dec 2024Now coming to the TWS Aspeects,The earbuds if I consider is Able to provide a decent audio sound with decent bass,don't expect much bass.The audio backup is also decent for about 4-7 hours on full charge with media playback,but longer standby backups time.Thw mic is good.But the Options of touch control is good and is responsive with slight lest delay,hence a good option for hands free experience,especially for gym users,meditation,yoga or alike.If you consider buying a tws within 600 to 8p0 then you can consider buying this.

It's ok ...loose parts after 2 days of usage ...
Sound is just ok...Lots of voices ...but less clarity....ok for this price...parts are made of low quality plastic....

After using one week
Battery drains within 3 4 hours. Charge it for 40mins.It's a small case.I used earlier also. But this Ear buds causes pain. I donno why.This item is not returnable. It's only replaceable.During calls mic quality is not good. The opposite heard noise.Best for only music listening.
