Fizzy water on demand—love it!I was a bit skeptical at first since it was cheaper than other options, but it works perfectly. The quality is surprisingly good for the price, and it looks great on my kitchen counter. A fantastic little product!

I'm not sure if the unit or Co2 cannister I received in the box was faulty or if the item is just ineffective, but sadly it is being returned. Item looks great, is easy to put together and instructions are easy to follow however when using it as instructed it just didn't work. Everything was tightly screwed in, the gas was visible in entering the bottle, there were no visible or audible leaks and it all appeared to be working as it should, however the water had literaly no fizz at all. Not one bubble or tingle on the tongue. The taste of carbonation was very much there but there were no bubbles or fizz at all, regardless of water temperature or number of bursts released. The troubleshooting instructions in the booklet are for no gas being released, gas escaping, etc and advise the ensure everything is tightened and cannister is not empty - neither of which was the issue. Although there is a customer care number below these if you are still having issues, it was just easier to chuck it back in the box and arrange a return via Amazon royal mail collection instead since I only had it 2 days before trying it. Luckily enough the black Friday sale has the more well known rival soda maker on sale for half price so have ordered that and hopefully I will have better luck when it arrives. It is a shame as this unit actually looks better aesthetically but hey ho.

It’s nice but a little lightweight, feels like it might get broken easily. I wish I’d bought a more expensive version in retrospect, but they all felt like an extravegance.

The product is great, great build quality and design, however, I replaced my CO2 canister with an equivalent sodastream one from Argos and it didn't fit at all. Had to screw it in back and forth for about 20 minutes to "wear out" the brass thread. It now works perfectly. Not sure if it's a defect in the CO2 canister or the machine itself.Also, there are no Cello water bottles available to buy separately, in case you want matching ones.

Sturdy and sleek, looks good quality and works perfectly well. All round very nice.

I'm sorry this does not make the water fizzy I've just read the reviews and I agree that this is either faulty as the carbonised head is not immersed in liquid at max level or the gas is faulty . Either way I could make more fizz with a straw. Waste of time ! Soda stream here we come !

It’s true there is a knack to this one!!! Thanks to a very helpful review further down I was able to get it fizzing properly. Screw the canister as tight as it goes, then slightly loosen. I had a terrible time with this at first, getting hardly any fizz and wasting a whole canister of gas to make it work properly. Now I’ve tried the loosening trick it works an absolute charm, super super fizzy water exactly as you’d want.Its definitely a bit of a flimsy lightweight model but other than that I think worth it as a cheap alternative once you get the knack right!
