Of all the research i have done, i have not found an exact mil spec for the hammer. Havin said that, I believe that it may be a marketing ploy or it may be that a small margin of the profits may go to some military type of charity.

This product is produced in Taiwan. Our tools are proudly designed and engineered by veterans in the U.S.A.
