Easy to use and nice quality.
The bands are great. They start with X light and go up to X heavy. Easy fit and easy to immediately know what weight you are using because of the colors.

Medium band broke after leg stretches by light frame average weight male. Heavy or extra will hopefully hold up better.

With only one day's experience under my belt I'm in no position to rate these bands yet.. But all signs are good. The bands are plenty long, wider than I use in the gym, bright and colorful, nicely packaged in a clear plastic envelope. Based onmy impression out of the box I would recommend to a friend
