I was looking at getting resistance bands to help with my workout and went to a sporting good store to purchase them. The price was way more than I wanted to spend. I found these on amazon for a fraction of the cost. They are a very nice set of resistance bands. I like that they came in a bag so they can be stored easily. They are on the thin side, and the length is perfect for my workouts. I did not notice any type of smell. They work well and can easily be rolled and put back up. Very pleased overall. For the price they are perfect!

Bands are very good for my home PT exercises. They do not roll on my legs and are better than the bands supplied by my PT provider. The different strengths are useful as I can increase my resistance as needed. The pouch to keep the bands in is useful.

I do this for lower body exercises and it does the job fine. I do clamshells and leg stretches etc using the band. The bands are elastic and have withstood the repetitive force well. They are cheap and they do not smell. Also color coding makes it easier to pick the one I need. These are all good. However, except for the black one (the maximum strength one), I did not get any value at all. I either use the black one or do not use at all. The lower levels are literally too weak to generate any resistance. Unless you are recovering from an injury or it is for a child, there is really no point having the others. This is all I can say.

These are very easy to use. Very effective for workouts. Purchased per physical therapist recommendation after bad car accident needing to stretch out legs to learn to walk again after surgeries. So far slip resistant. I like the different weight levels per color of the band makes them very easy to use and figure out which one to gradually go to using next. Highly recommend. Great value.

Its good quality, I use it for warm ups and stretches. In conjunction with squats helps stabilize legs for extra power and effort during squats with free weights. Durable bands

I was under the impression that these came with writing on them. Not much resistance in the hardest one. In fact they kinda all feel the same
