This is a bottle of 500 caplets of wheat grass. Their size is normal, and it was easy to swallow them. Their color is light green. When swallowing them, I observed that their smell and taste resembled those of wheat grass. Each caplet contains 500mg of wheat grass, and of course, the benefits of wheat grass are already known to all. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day, and it is a supply for more than one year and four months for one person. Its expiration date is March 2026. Earlier, I used wheat grass powder. I had to mix it with water or some other liquid and drink it. Swallowing a caplet (coated oral tablet) is much easier for me than consuming a powder by mixing it in a liquid.I am very happy with this healthy purchase.
