Beautiful screen and sound
My last three tvs have been Samsung, so when I wanted a bigger TV for our space I decided make a splash and go with the 75” 8K. I read one review that complained about the internet connectivity, but figured it must be a one off. Unfortunately it wasn’t, it had problems connecting to the main internet and wouldn’t connect at all to the mesh network. Also couldn’t detect any of the HDMI connections and tried multiple devices. Lastly, (and weirdly) the remote would lag out and not work at times. Had to turn off and turn back on to get it to respond, and it was still slow to respond. Although I must say, the solar remote was cool. Still, not what I’m looking for in a $4000 tv. Alas, I am sending back for a refund. Will stick with my older Samsung 4K and wait until they iron out bugs..-addition to original post-Well we waited about a week but the 8k station had us hooked. We ordered it again and are now very pleased. There is not much 8k content out there yet, but the colors and detail really look amazing and better than our old 65" Class Q70R QLED Smart 4K UHD. It must be the mini LEDs on the Neo which also make the image look fantastic on the 75” screen. Watched GOT, The Dark Knight and new Avatar movie and there is very little edge lighting and ghosting (less than any other Samsung I’ve ever had) and the darks are extremely dark (rivals OLEDs) oh and the Dolby Atmos built in speakers make a sound-bar totally unnecessary which. imho, justifies the price. The OS is. A little wonky, as it won’t recognize ether Ethernet cable, so need to use wireless Wi-Fi. And the Amazon Alexa app is cool, but does seem to be working optimally. Hopefully subsequent updates will iron out the bugs. All in all, did a lot of research, and find it is the best 8k tv for the money. In summary, you don’t have to make the jump to 8k yet.. But if you do, you likely won’t regret you did. Thanks again Amazon and Samsung! Changing rating from 2 to 5

Great TV and a good price.
I wanted 8k because it was there. Very good purchase at a very fair price. Great quality and picture. I get compliments for the details that pop within the picture. That’s what I wanted the 8k for and it delivers.

Shame on you Samsung
DO NOT BUY!!! TV was great, until it wasn't. Lasted 2 months past the 12 month warranty. Samsung covered the cost of the diagnostic but wouldn't cover the coat of the repair. The screen failed, which is apparently the most expensive part of the TV...which caused the TV to continuously power cycle and not stay on. Samsung told me the repair would be out of pocket. The company that does the warranty and service work informed me that the screen is no longer produced, unavailable at all and therefore could not be repaired. In addition, the One Connect box gets extremely hot. Samsung spent a disproportionate amount of time focusing on whether the box caused a fire or any burn injuries, so I have to assume their is a serious, known issue with the One Connect boxes as well. Shame on you Samsung.

Outstanding customer service! Thanks!
The TV looked great but I had an issue with it after mounting it. But the customer service was really fast and friendly and made everything right for me. Thanks Maria Luisa and Dianne and Christine Gail For the awesome customer service to fix my issue. They really do care about making sure you’re fully satisfied and that is rare for any company. Again thanks so much for the great experience!,

Resolution and sharpness
Home use. Watching sports. Ease of maneuverability and excellent sound quality without any enhance peripherals. The 75 inch gives excellent viewing capability for older people. It is easy-to-use and an easy to setup and connect with the web, internet and wi-fi. Love the 8K, excellent refresh, and, brings out outstanding picture, even when I don't wear corrective lenses. An amazing set of Apps, to choose from and connectivity is effortless. A little on the pricey side, but it was worth my purchase.

Very Nice TV.
I am very satisfied with my new 65-Inch Neo QLED 8K QN800C Series Mini LED Quantum HDR Smart TV. The picture is very sharp and clear. I love the "One Connect Box." It does a nice job of consolidating the cords and hiding them out of view behind the TV stand. I love how easy it is to add aps and organize them the way you want. The voice command feature is very responsive and helpful. I had some trouble pairing the remote at first. Pressing and holding the power button reset the TV and then the remote paired with the TV and I haven't had any more problems with it. I bought this particular model because it has "DOLBY ATMOS & OBJECT TRACKING SOUND+." While the sound is fine for TV speakers, I can't detect any improvement in sound quality from my ten year old Samsung 4K TV it is replacing. The TV stand was easy to attach but the included instructions were a bit lacking. Be sure you have some help, the TV is VERY heavy. The thing I like the least about the TV is the amount of heat it throws off. I have the TV in my 16'x10' den and it noticeably increases the temperature of the room. I've only had the TV a few days, but so far I am mostly happy with it despite it not having the sound quality that I had hoped for.
