Perfect vinegar for many kitchen food uses

Strong but I like it on my salad.

These are very efficient compared to the usual 5% acetic acid white vinegar. Five times the concentration means you don't have to use nearly as much for the same effect, although I wish these came in a larger size.The bottles had leaked slightly in the packaging, which smelled strongly of vinegar, but wrapping the bottles in a plastic bag kept the smell from overtaking the pantry.

My sister-in-laws mother used to make a potato salad that was so good. Her mother was from Germany. The salad is very easy to make. Red potatoes cooked until almost done, not all the way mushy. Cut the potatoes into thin longer slices. Cut up red onions into diced pieces. Pour the vinegar over diluting it as suggested. Salt and Pepper that is it. So easy. The vinegar flavor is fantastic. Very strong though, also good with fresh tomatoes and onion salad with fresh basil. YUM!

for vinegar lovers who don't want their food swimming in 5% standard potency.i couldn't figure out how to open it at first - my health hasn't been good, and yes, that makes me a little more stupid. i've never seen a bottle cap like this in the US. but eventually i figured it out. you have to peel the front tab from the left side, not the bottom as would be most common. good design tho. better than having to peel plastic off the top of the bottle.
