Sealed shed roof and despite torrential rain storms since applied has worked flawlessly. Easy to apply with good coverage and adhesion despite being on sloped shed roof. Not the cheapest but the surface finish and results worth the cost.

Wow . One coat so far and the water drips right off . It goes a long way . Very impressed on ease of application and durability.

I had tried other products without success but this high performance roof seal is brilliant. My felt roof had some serious cracks. 1 coat of this in the cracks, then mastic to fill them. Then a final coat over the whole roof 20' x 7'. The result looks fantastic and should last a few more years.;

I started to use this product a few years ago to paint onto the flat roofs of two bay windows which had previously let in water. I buy a tin of this every three years or so and apply a couple of coats. I've never had problems with water ingress since using it, but even though I follow the instructions to the letter, after a couple of years it starts to peel off in places and eventually new coats must be applied. I don't mind that so much, as I am just painting a relatively small area and I treat it as essential maintenance. The product is easy to use (I applied it with a brush) and provides good coverage. I expect it to prevent water getting into my property, but I certainly don't expect it to last 10 years - it never does!

This works very well on flat roofs, unless you have a bad leaking roof you only need to paint the joins as that is where they will usually leak especially on garages.

This is incredibly useful sealant and coating or repairing felt roofs or for extending the life of the roof. Have used it for sticking down torn roofing felt to sealing porous old felt to covering clout nail heads which were letting water in. Not cheap but well worth it.

Found the Ronseal Thompsons Roof Seal easy to apply to a felt roof.Recommend that you use a cheap disposable brush. I prefer the £1.00 ones from PL.Slightly disappointed that the roof seal took more than 24 hours to dry. Not the 6 hrs advertised on the tin. I would have given it a higher mark if the paint dried as advertised. Had to wait more than a day to apply the second coat.When dry it is a jet black colour. It looks a good finish.However, it has not rained since I began to paint the flat roof. So I cannot comment whether the roof seal will survive a Northern UK autumn and winter weather front. I will amend my comments and rating if the roof seal survives.
