Seems to work. Easy to use and it has no smell to it. Not very thick but it does seem to be water resistant.

Every home should have this covering it
It keeps water from sitting on your brick etc. Its runs off.You need quite a lot of it though...but luckily it's not too expensive.

Brilliant product BUT
The product is amazing we use it all the time BUT the state of the can that was sent out was appalling!! Dented buckled taped up , this did not happen in transit as it was brilliantly packed and no dent or markings on the box what so ever so was sent out like this!. It’s a wonder the dent at the bottom had not pierced the can.
