Pit Boss 40934 Ultimate Griddle Scraper, Black

Works great. Used it to push bacon grease off the griddle. I used to use a rubber spatula but the would melt.

This is the best tool for a PitBoss. I use it when I start to spread any oil out evenly. I use other tools for flipping, mixing, moving food, etc...but when you're done...simply pour some water on the griddle and start cleaning with this. Made of the right material, so it wont scratch anything. Sturdy too. This is the second one I bought just to have a spare. WELL worth the money. You will use this more than any other tool on your PitBoss.

With a wide spatula for scraping all oils, etc. it makes for a much easier and quicker clean up of griddle. You definitely need to allow griddle to cool down a bit if you want to keep scraper from ruining the edge of it. This has cut the cleaning in half the time if not more. Now I do not mind cleaning it: whereas, before it was a cumbersome job I cringed at doing. The handle is not too thin and not too bulky. It is perfect!!

I got the Ninja Woodfire grill with the griddle accessory and it's all non-stick, so I can't use any of my metal grill utensils. I didn't want to use a dumb narrow plastic kitchen spatula. This is not a spatula, it's a damn fine griddle scraper! It's bigger than it looks in the picture, and it can get under a smash burger without deforming the patty. I love it.

Serves its purpose! Scraping my teflon electric grill.
