The cup plastic looks burnt or kept in extremely hot area...
It's not super quality... it's extremely lite weight, and the cup received was not correct, it looked like burnt or the cup was exposed to high heat.

After sale service is very poor
The media could not be loaded. Borosil is such a known company but has such poor after sale service. The product I purchased is barely used for 3 months and now has stopped working. After trying to contact them for the same had to go through troublesome whatsapp chatbot. Which after very late the engineer came but could not fix it. After which again I raised a complaint but still no response from the company. I recommend purchasing appliances is better offline atleast the shopkeeper takes some responsibility. Amazon don't take any responsibility for the same. Just redirect to the product's website.
