Q: Did this help to firm up sunken under eye skin?

I absolutely think that it does. It worked for me. I leave on for long periods of time though. At least a couple hours and I can see a noticeable difference. Granted it comes back by the next day lol but it’s good if you have a party or event that you’re going to and need a pick me up or refresher :)

Q: Why don’t they work is there a right side to use I noticed nothing

I don't think there is a right side or left side. I was very disappointed in these. Package has 20 and states to use ever 2 to 3 days. The ones left after a couple of weeks were pretty much dried out. Hope this helps.
