Disgusting, broken and dried out :(
So far, nearly every single m and m is broken and they all melted, so they have that dried out, re-set chocolate taste, which is nasty. Even if they had used a cold pack, they would've been busted up and gross. Product is not returnable, so you're just SOL??! Never again!
