Also I found that if I took the MCT oil by itself it gave me a stomach ache. So I began adding it to my coffee instead. That worked!

Great stuff, but the bottle DRIPS when you pour it, no matter what you do! I had to pour it into another container. Luckily I had some brown glass bottles to transfer it to.
