My waist is 30”, the widest part of my hips measure 41”. That being said, I went with the waist measurement that was listed and bought myself a S/M. It fits like a glove. Putting it on: Yes, it’s hard to put on. I’ve figured out the best way to get it on is to pretend you’re a toddler and your mom is getting you dressed. Put your head completely in first. Then your right arm. Then get as much as your left arm in as you can before using your right hand to grab your left wrist and pull. Good luck. Getting it off is a whole new challenge.
