A: It holds 8 quarts. Plenty deep for frying chicken. I even steam by putting a rack inside, and adding a half pitcher of water. This thing is huge for all of my needs.

I adore this griddle. I'm a burger lover and it's perfect for cooking a burger, even a smash burger. I love using it for fried green tomatoes too. It's perfect for one person type meals. Cleaning it is a snap. The surface truly is nonstick. I haven't used an actual pan on the stove in a really long time. I much prefer cooking in this. It comes with a lid too so grease splatter can be contained. I'll definitely be buying another one when this one gives out.
