I ordered these for the first time for my mom. Her weight and waist fell within the size Large parameters. Unfortunately, they were much too small in the waist. We are going to try the next size up. If these work, I may update the rating. However, my recommendation would be to order a size up if the waist measurement is near the high end of the size chart.

I the first 2-3 times these were used in my house, I was hopeful this brand would live up to its advertised effectiveness. They did not. Claims for “maximum absorption “did not happen more than once,, even with moderate fluid intake.
