Ever since my favorite "big, big-box store" stopped carrying this type of sweetener in bulk bags, there really has been no good way to get a reasonable amount in bulk.The number two greatest thing as that this manufacturer uses a package only a third the size of the brand name product while providing an equal amount by weight. So - the three 24-ounce packages I purchased won't even fill my canister; one large bag of Splenda will fill it one and a half times.So, that's my confession. I am a terribly disappointed naive stupid idiot.Fair warning to potential users:December 25, 2018, update. So I tried this sweetener. Immediately had to go to the bathroom. Used it the next day - same thing. Read the ingredients. It's primarily erythritol. Looked that up in Wikipedia. The article says, in part, "In males, doses greater than 0.66 g/kg body weight and in females, doses greater than 0.8 g/kg body weight, will cause laxation."
