I make 100% whole wheat bread and this mill makes a fine flour that works well for this recipe. I had an initial problem where one side of the unit would not latch well to the bin, so I ended up with a fine mist of flour on everything. I contacted the company and they asked me send it to them for repairs. It works well now. My only complaint is that it's not the best design for an elderly person. The motor is heavy and has to be lifted on and off the flour bin. There is no handle or easy way to lift it.
