**Q: The specs at the jbl website say this can be handsfree speaker phone but its not.  am i missing something?**
A: The speaker only plays music . Does not work on phone .

A: In my experience this speaker will not work while plugged in if the battery is already low.

**Q: Sound seems to only come from the front right side of the speaker. Is this normal?**

Obviously, the Charge 4 plays in stereo on its own, thanks to a pair of regular speakers and two passive radiators that amplify the bass, but the size small, approximate 11-inch length of the speaker means you’re not going to get very great stereo separation or a convincing soundstage."

Sounds very nice it has stereo sound doesn't have too much base but it sounds great. It has a very large volume capacity. I like this product I think it's worth the money.
