I was feeling not the best and am currently going through menopause. I got the results after taking this test and loved the app etc. it seems very informative. I also happened to get bloodwork done at my Dr’s request. My results showed a severe vit d deficiency. But the 5Strands test showed no issues at all with this vit. Very disappointed and feel like it was a waste of money. I will go to the dr from now on for health information moving forward. I would like to say though that this brand has an amazing dog allergy test that changed my dogs life!
