## Description

Agar Agar Type-I Origin: Agar is the dried hydrophilic, colloidal substance extracted from certain marine algae of the class Rhodophyceae. It is a polysaccharide, consisting primarily of D- and L-galactose units. About every tenth D-galactopyranose unit contains a sulfate ester group. Calcium, magnesium, potassium or sodium cations are also associated with the polysaccharide. Application: Thickener, stabilizer, emulsifier Storage: Keep in original packaging when not in use, in a dry area ideally 25 - 35°C. Avoid direct sunlight. Expiry date: 4 years from date of manufacture. Standard packaging: 500 gm, 5 Kg 25 Kg.
